MARV is affiliated with UnBound X Inc. through common ownership of its principal, Maneesh Awasthi. UnBound X is a separate technology platform that provides educational content and information services. UnBound X Inc. is not a broker-dealer and does not execute trades or hold customer brokerage accounts. Customer brokerage data is encrypted and transmitted directly to MARV Capital Inc. and Alpaca Securities LLC. UnBound X does not have access to, store, or process customer brokerage account data.
